Coach wouldn't repair my handbag, although they're supposed to at any time just as long as you have your receipt. I received the bag as a Christmas gift purchased at the World Trade Center in the year of 2000. The leather covering the piping started to wear and I took the bag to Coach to have it repaired, the sales person said it couldn't be repaired, and that they could take the bag back and give me 20% off of a new one. I told them no. A co-worker told me that this is what Coach does to try and get you to spend more money. I also received a pair of Coach boots purchased at Macy's. The leather is hard and starting to crack. I have other leather boots, not by Coach of course, that look brand new all of the time, because I take care of my boots and shoes. Coach is just selling poor quality merchandise because they know people will buy that mess because of the name. I'm glad I never wasted my money on Coach and I never will.
