On Aug 26th we agreed to a deal with an Assistant Sales Manage of Fontana Nissan. Dealership. We then went to the Finance Manager who offered us some add on items. When I ask him the cost of the items he told us $89.00 a month but he could get us a lower interst rate and it would cost me $49.00. He then had us sign a gray box never offering or showing us what we were signing. He then put the papers he printed from his computer in an envelope and we went home with the new car. That night when I read what we signed in the gray box The cost for the item were so high and the tradein amount they were giving us was $250.00 not the $2500.00 the Assistant Sales Manager told us. The next day we went back and they never told us they would give us $2500.00. They showed us changed papers where it did not have on it the $2500 the original one they showed us. The changed papers now said plus tradein. The changed papers also were not even in the color ink that they first showed us.
The Assistant Sales Manager riped us off.
We asked for our tradein back after we could not get them to give us the $2500 the Assistant Sales Manger told use we would get for the tradein.
My wife and I are 71 & 73 Years Old and trusted the dealership and got ripped off by Fantana Nissan Dealership Assistant Sales Manager.
