On 11 I purchased a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT at Naples Nissan. My adventure started when I walked in the door, the salesman was trying to be funny but was really rude. He came up with his first deal on our trade in and the purchase of his car.
I told him that I was unable to purchase his vehicle for that amount and he began to bad mouth my trade in car by basically calling it a piece of junk (1997 Honda). He walked away several times and started talking on his cell phone to his friends. After wasting about 45 minutes I became enraged with all that was going on so my wife and I began to walk out of their showroom. As we got to the door I met a female sales person who I had spoke with on the phone about the Grand AM
She helped me get a better deal and was much nicer. I asked her if some small repairs could be fixed to the driver seat before I take the car home. She said that it would not be a problem. I signed the paperwork and she told me to bring the car in the next day since the mechanics were already off work.
Upon arrival to the dealership the next day their mechanic told me he could not fix the problem. I immediately found the sales lady and she spoke with them, she said that they could not fix the small problem with the seat because it would cost the dealership to much. She acted as if she didnt care no longer since the sale was complete. I advised her that she could have the car back and she said that was not possible.
One day after that I got a call from the dealership finance dept. Advising that the first loan didnt go through due to the age of the car. They needed me to come back in to sign more papers for a different bank. I told them they could have their car back that I was not signing anymore papers. I then got a call from my sales lady and she seemed to be mad at me and told me to bring the car back in.
After some extreme language in their showroom they agreed to fix the problem with the seat.

Bad Dealership and I will NEVER EVER buy a vehicle from them.
