It has been around two months or more since I ordered my supplies, I was sent sample to hold me over but was sent the samples 3 days later than I was promised due to an error in the companies system, (supposably) now Im completely out of supplies and I keep calling them and no one will return my phone call or even call me and let me know whats going on, they kept sending my prescription refill to the incorrect doctor even after i called 3 or more times to give my correct doctors information and like i said now i dont have any supplies. I have been feeling really bad since I have not had my insulin for a whole day because i dont have the supplies, these ladies keep avoiding returning my phone calls... And it is causing me problems with my diabetes being too high!
