On Oct21 at 3:28pm a package was picked up on a 'Priority Overnight'. Destination - Fraser Lake, B.C. Parcel did not arrive until October 27 at 4:30PM. The tracking nymber is 790116363848. This is a 10 hour trip from Vancouver. I would expect a full refund on our account as we are now stuck with parts our customer will be returning.

what FedEx will do to please us - your customer.
