Shaw location representatives in Fresno California should train Blackstone location representatives on customer service skills. Blackstone location representatives did everything NOT to help us. It went from making us wait for the representative to get off a 10 minutes phone call to looking for another customer who did not even need his assistance to how do you expect me to touch a greasy O-ring to examine the probably of its availability and to further ensure that he was not going to help asking for a model number and saying that he can't do thing until he got that number. Why did your Shaw location not only NOT asked for the model number but asked for the physical O-ring? And although they could not replace the O-ring, they provided us with alternative solutions instead of letting us leave the store in a perplexed state. (Hey, POOL representative, Shaw representatives did not have a problem touching the greasy O-ring. Tsk, Tsk...)
