I went to Walmart in Cinnaminson NJ two hours ago.
I left, and did not buy anything, left it on the counter.
I arrived at 9, fairly early. I picked up about $60.00 worth of items and proceeded to check out. There was one man checking out in fromt of me. The cashier did not have enough change (at 9:00AM on a SUNDAY?!?). So he turned on the swith so his number would flash. His supervisor (?) Qutar came from the store (I had seen her wandering around). She rudely asked the cashier what he needed. He said change. She then looked past him at another cashier and had a short conversaiton. She turned around, opened the cashier's box, taking out some large bills, and walked over to a station, approximatley 15 feet away. She began to count out cahnge... ANOTHER cashier comes over to ask her a question, personal at that. Qutar stops what she is doing and spends five minutes talking to her. WTF?!?
The young man cashier, trying to be helpful, begins to ring me up. Qutar comes over, asks him what he is doing, and before he answers, she proceeds to chastize him for not finishing the first transaction (the man in front of me still waiting for change). She then asks the cusomter for his receipt so she can make his change, not listending to the cashier at all.
So then, we get to me. She stops the cashier from checking me out, tells him he has to put away his cash first... You know, the cash she went to get 10 mintues ago. I spoke up and said, "unblievable".. Whereas Qutar said, I know, I am sorry, he shoud not have... And i interrupted her. I said "it is not HIM, its you. You let many people interrupt you getting his cash, he is trying to do his job HELP me, and you are not. Goodbye". I walked out.
Oh yeah, and her, the two people who interrupted her are chewing gum and cracking it. Since when is that acceptable?!?
