Wells Fargo bought Century Bank here in the Texarkana area and during the transition a $1000.00 was zapped from my account. I have the receipts for all this but, no reimbursement was warranted on my simple request. Since, the bills are pressing I have not had any extra money to hire an accountant to find what's owed to me. After installing the new atm of Wells Fargo, they zapped another $500.00 from the new account, and after several attempts to prove this happenned on my account Wells Fargo said they were new and denied everything about. My transactions, and deposits receipts that I faxed to them in black and white. Well Fargo, attempted to put my money back after I faxed them copies of my disappearing monies then denied everything again! After two months, of this back and forth, I'm left holding the bag with nothing in it! There were other consumers in long lines with me and going through the same thing and I know I shouldn't go at this alone. There should be a class action lawsuit filed on this group because they think they can just take the money and run! But, we the consumer, in this case, are holding the proof, because the proof is in the pudding!
Sincerely
Patsy H
