I will never shop at Kohls again due to 3 separate incidents. First - due to advertised sale and rebate I purchased a turkey roaster. When I sent in the rebate I was informed they gave me the wrong forms for the wrong model. They never resolved the complaint. Second - purchased several items at the "buy one get one free" option. Found out when I got home they had charged full price for all. Third - they advertised a specific vacuum on sale. The store did not have it - nor did the website offer that model. I received a raincheck - and although the vacuum has been advertised several times - it is never in stock. They assured me they would call when it came in - and that has never happened. There policies and proceedures are deceptive.
