I have repeatedly tried to e-mail through the 'support department' with this company after I have paid the fee and discovered that the website is nothing what they claim it to be. They have not given my money back after 3 weeks of e-mailing and waiting. When you click on the link that says where you can get your refund it doesn't even give you an email. It gives you somewhere to send a comment and then they have an automatic e-mail that reads:
Hello,
We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will be more than happy to refund your order. Please allow 4-6 business days to allow the credit to show back on your account, as we have been having connection problems on our website.

Also, the list of links they have for you to click on don't even have anything in them for you to find any online work. I should have known it was a scam but when they said a money back guarantee I expected them to at least honor that. I have found no way to even contact them except through an automated e-mail.
