San Jose, CA 95123 - (408) 226-1155) has the worse customer service ever.
I was there last week with my kids and there was this poor kid running from the front door to the food court and skate rental. The big fat boss was just walking around and didn't even helped the poor kid. The place has a horrible infrastructure as well, it was so hot and all the doors were shut and without air conditioner. I found out from one of my sons (which happens to have a friend working there) that they have minors working until 1am and they don't even working permit for them. But what really pissed me off was when i overheard the fat boss yelling at the poor kid for the complaints. I want to know what can be done for this horrible person to get what he deserves.
