I bought a 10.75 cwt Emerald cut Ruby that was cracked and could not get a refund and is not the quality advertised

I would NEVER buy from Neiman's Jewelry EVER again. It is a total scam as far the the false Gemologist report. It is no were near the value they estimated. There is a huge crack all the way across the stone and the charge excess shipping charges. I could never get even the money I paid for it back. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIPP OFF
