Have received threatening phone calls from persons claiming to be from cashnet. They tell me that they are sending the police over and i will appear before a judge. What they want is for me to fax them permission to use mt credit card. These threats are increasing and now they are calling my family claiming to be the police asking where i am. Theyuse many phone numbers but it is both a man and a woman with a foreign accent. I looked this up in the internet and the whole thing has become a very intricate scam. They have access to your ssn; mothers maiden name; other info. This person even read me my rights over the phone. They become increasingly threatening each time. The last one was the lady and all she said was mr. Briggs you are in serious legal trouble. I hung up right away. I'm sure others have reported this. It is a very large complex scam. Somehow they have access to all this info. And are able to use all types of phone numbers. I looked on the scams site and there are many others that have had this..
