This company is the worst place to work. The freedom they give you is good but they totally are taking advantage of this economy. They underpay employees and some times don't even pay them at all. Communication is terrible. They constantly need to hire new employees because no one can work for nothing. You could work full time and make less than $500 a MONTH. They hire contractors and treat them as employees.
For those who are looking for services in design, please don't choose a big company just because you think it's going to be more professional. Is the designer the one who is going to do all the work for you, not the company. My advice is, go with small companies or with freelance designers. You don't want to be dealing with 6 different people to get your message to the designer.instead of paying hundreds or thousands of dollars to a big company, that is going to pay your designer crap to do the job, you're better off paying directly to the designer and you'll see what an incredible design you'll get.
