I signed papers for a Loan of 5,000 with this company, I was told if I pay 5 months advance for the loan I wont have a payment til Jan or Feb depending on when I take the loan, and that I would be approved by a private lender if I payed 806.70 dwn they will do the loan of 5,000.00 so I do a money gram for 806.00 while gregory heines is on the line with me, and he asked me to send it to the private lender name jeffrey gasper of ajax in canada, so I do and he tells me the certified check will be overnighted to me and should receive the check no later than noon today, then I get a call from there so called accounting department shawn at ext 120 and he tells me he needs another 806.70 wired, I about had a heart attach, he said the lender had a second thought and thought it was too risky, and that I wouldnt have a pmnt for 11 months instead of 5 months, then I told him they are a ripp off I want my money back, I cannot afford that and that I dont even have money for food now because they got all my money from my check, he said well, we have 30 days to return your money the legal papers state that, I looked at the so called 5 page legal letter it says nothing on there of not being approved and money back 30days if not approved, this gregory heinze stated to me I was approved and the funds would be overnighted. What do I do, will someone help me please. I am so embarrassed and upset.
