I noticed a charge for 59.78 on my credit card, and upon investigation it was from Q X telecom. They claim that I ordered their service. When I said I did not, they told me that they have a recording of me agreeing to it and they will e-mail it to me. I am waiting for the e-mail.
They were willing to credit me for last month's service, but unwilling to refund me any of the previous charges, as they can only give one refund per customer (what?). When I told them I never recieved the calling card I supposedly ordered they told me that they sent it and if I did not get it it was not their fault, and I probably threw it out in with some junk mail. I have contacted Susan Wornick (Buyer beware) and also the better buisness Bureau. I am currently waiting for a resolution.
