I bought a pair of shoes, They charged my credit card but NEVER sent the shoes, I sent several emails with no replies, So I called the number in my email only to find it disconnected, So I go to the website and find another number, I call and "Stacey Cox" answers the phone, We talked and she assured me she would get back to me NEVER did, I have called her several more times and she ALWAYS hangs up!
