Their hiring and firing procedures aren't necessarily illegal (who can prove it?) but it's unethical. It's all about the bottom line and like alot of companies in scottsdale they hire when they're busy for a month and then let you go. Then hire another batch of unsuspecting hirees and then... Let them go. They lie straight to your face. You don't expect to be treated like you're indispensable in Scottsdale, but you do expect respect. You won't get it there.
Also, if they let you go, good luck on getting your last paycheck. You will have to report them to the AZUI, before they send it to you. All smoke and mirrors. Boy do they have their clients fooled.
