Did not cover my yamaha factory warranty

I purchased a new yz250f from a dealership in Delaware. When i got home to New Jersey, i took it out of the truck and tried to run it, every time with the clutch in when you go from neutral into first you try and give it gas it dies. So i talk to Yamaha of America and they said any certified Yamaha dealer can honor the warranty so i went to Seaville motorsports to get them to look at it. I asked if it would be covered under the warranty to look at it and they said yes unless it was the valves in which case it would not be covered. Low and behold, i called them to check the status and they said they took the valve cover off. They never looked at the carburetor and went straight to the valves thinking that was the problem. Get the bike back after paying for labor for them to just look at it which was 74 bucks and they didn't even do anything. After this happened i called and the shop said it was operator error but there is no way that a bike should stall when going from neutral into first with the clutch in and it dies when you give it gas with the clutch still in. I have talked to numerous professionals about the problem and they said it was the fuel screw on the carburetor and sure enough it was. So basically no one would cover it because they touched the one thing that is not covered under the warranty and said nothing was wrong it it.
