This is a fraudulent business. I wonder why they are allowed to keep their business license and host a website to continue duping customers of their money? On 2/14 i went to their website http://www.classiccloseouts.com and made a $ 60.74 purchase for assorted items with my bank card. The items arrived several days later and i naturally tried them on. The two pairs of trousers could not fit (too small) and the two jackets were several sizes too big. The T-Shirt did not fit either. The only item that fit, were the pair of socks, which i decided to keep, but decided to send everything else back. There is no customer service number on the website, to contact a live representative of the company, to try and get issues resolved. So i got concerned and used the online contact form to post a complaint. They replied saying that they had sent me an RMA number to put on the return merchandise shipment box.

I packed the stuff in the original box they shipped in and sent them back with specific reasons as to why i was returning them. That was on 2/16. Since then, they have refused to refund my $55 dollars even though they indicate that i should wait for the money to post on my account. I have been waiting since February. It is now July and still i have not recieved the $55 refund from them. I have emailed them and all i get is cursory replies, that i should wait for the money to post on my account. To this day, i have never seen the $55 dollars refund from classiccloseout. The bank has not seen it either. I threatened to file a complaint with the FCC, FTC and BBB but this did not faze them.

Finally i did so in June and also added my complaint to various website after bit of research uncovered that I was not the only one scammed by these theives. But that did little to change anything. To this day i have not seen my refund.in my account, is line that shows credit card $55. It is made to appear as though the refund transaction was made. However, there's is no corresponding transaction that the Bank can verify. It is not in the bank statements either. It never happened. These are sophisticated crooks who know what they are doing. This is nothing but ponzi scheme and i am at a loss as to why their website is still up and running and more people are getting conned. How is a bogus company such as this, allowed to operate with impunity? Now i know what their bogus claim "We've proudly saved smart shoppers 170,888, 144.12 since May! Means!". My $55 refund is part of that claim! They robbed me and other customers. They "saved" my money from me! (sarscasm)

On the website account, they make it appear so though the money was credited to my CC but this did not actually happen. After i read that they make unathorised billings on credit cards, i had my bank change the card this month and emailed these crooks, that they should instead mail me a refund check. (i have a feeling someone is laughing). No one has contacted me from their office. These scammers need to be stopped and the website pulled down.
