I made a purchase from ClassicCloseouts in Dec for about $45. I was satisfied with the merchandise then, but I have not made any subsequent purchases.
ClassicCloseouts (as it seems to have done to many, many people within the last month or more) randomly charged $69.99 to my account on Jun 25. They don't respond to their online Customer Service form submissions, and they don't list their phone number on their website.
Luckily, AMEX did list their phone number on my billing statement. However, I called and left messages, and no one ever returned them. It's amazing how many people ClassicCloseouts is doing this to. I don't understand how they thought they could do this without people noticing.
