Cic Credit Monitor Serves, And AOL Credit Alert ripoff, neglect, and denial

To whom it may concern,

I'm filing this report about the neglect of the comsuner
info.com and the denial that i have received from them.

I signed up for a free credit report for a 30 day trial in the month of March and when i went cancel it a month later one of the REPs told me that i have another 30 days until the month of MAY so i agreed to it. And soon after that i had not received an update (no more to hear from).

So i called back in the month of May and i talked to another REP and they tolded me that my trial period had ended in April. And right after that they had charged a 79.99 on my credit card for some AOL credit alert and thats not fair at all.

Besides me trying to cancel it i get charged again just for calling is crazy.
