Wineberg Lopez Rodriguez COMPANY SCAMS CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES

I am an ex-consultant for National Payment Modification. This company is owned by William Rodriguez, formally of Wineberg Lopez Rodriguez. I am writing you this email in hopes it reaches the correct hands and you are able to expose Mr. Rodriguez's new fradulent company.

I just returned from there office in hopes of obtaining my paycheck today. Our pay schedule was on the 15th and 30th of each money. I was told on the14th that my check would be available today, July 17 at 2pm. I went into there office at 2pm, only to sit for 2 ours awaiting my check. I watched two employees get there checks, walk across the street, and come back infuriated because Wachovia (who the check was drafted on) told them that the check was NSF. One girl stated that the teller said that there is never money in the account that it was drafted on. The kicker to her story is that the check was drafted on a starter check with no company information on it. All of the employees of NPM are being written NSF checks and quitting work daily. One receptionist has worked a month only to never get paid. This is bad business and down right wrong.

Now to the operation of the business. As a sales consultant, my job was to call current people in foreclosure, obtain information about their current financial status, and then get them to commit to coming in for a consultation. I would then pass the phone off to the sales manager Raphel Serrano, who would then re-obtain the same information, and tell them that they qualified for a loan modification. How can you tell someone that they qualify, when you have not even gotten a limited power of attorney, that gives you permission to contact their lender. Shady... Shady...

When clients would come in for the consultation, Mr. Serrano would sit in with myself and take control of the consultation. He would give them case studies of supposed loan modifications that himself (which he did none of the negotiations) had done. It was always the exact same modification every time, and when people asked to see copies of these he could not provide them. After going over all their documents, he would then explain the fee of $2495. He would state that an initial deposit of $900 had to be made just for us to start the loan modification process. Isnt that illegal under the Florida Home Rescue Act that was passed in October.

Not only are these people stealing from homeowners, but they are also stealing from there employees.
