We called them to evaluate our central a/c and was told that the compressor needed replacement. We spent $3400 and 2 days later the discharge pipe was clogged and it would be another service call, even though we asked them to check out the unit the first time to see what the problem was. 3 weeks later our condensor is frozen. We have a warranty and they refuse to even look at it. We are outraged by the owner and contacted consumer affairs if they warranty work they must come and look at the problem and see if the problem is the work they did.
