I contacted Family Solution Centers in Santa Barbara Ca.By putting my info into their website, a day later I was contacted, and was asked questions for approx. 3 minutes and then asked for my credit card number. I gave them my credit card numer and was told there would be an intial charge for the consult I was going to have the next day, and I would be contacted at 10am. I never received a call, and to add insult to injury, the line rang on when I called them. I tried calling for 3 days and never received a response from them. I checked my Bank account and they didn't waste any time taking the money out. I contacted my Bank and put a dispute in, in order for them to verify my claim. The money was temporarily put back into my account. Within a few weeks I received paperwork from B of A stating that Family Solution Centers had sent me a packet, and enclosed from B of A were Bogus forms with limited info on them! This was an outright scam. The money was taken out of my account again without any notice at all causing overdraft fees. Im sure they will try some type of excuse, because they did with my Bank with false paperwork that was obviously made up after the fact inorder to justify their blantant failure to provide service. They also have mutiple complaints regarding the same fraudulent acts with falsified paperwork on the BBB page. They have obviously been successful in using this tactic over and over again. Then thsi Company had the nerve of making a false statement saying I was the guilty party that was attempting to defraud them, which makes no sense sense what so ever since they never provided any form of service, besides taking down general information from me for approx. 3 minutes, obviously this info was taken down in order to make themselves seem credible to the Bank when they filled out fake paperwork and sent it to the Bank. The Company seems to be making it a habit of getting Bank Debit / Credit card numbers and having a field day at the expense of unsuspecting victimslooking for Legitimate Legal help. Im sure they will continue to make accusations against mysef doing them wrong as they have done to so many on the BBB site. These people are not Attorneys! Beware!!!
