I purchased two X-140 X-treme scooters for my children for Christmas. Both arrived dented and scratched, one had some rust, and both were covered in grease and a mysterious white substance.
I reported the damages immediately and have been trying to get a full refund, but API/X-treme Scooters has told me to get a hammer to fix the dents, and to purchase model paint to fix the scratches (I'm not kidding—I have this in writing).
I am in contact with other dissatisfied customers, and we are considering a class action lawsuit against API/X-treme Scooters.
