Five Star Nissan FIVE STAR NISSAN is the absolutely worst car dealership I have ever been to. Totally unprofessional, ignorant, disrespectful and rude! Kyle Johnston Gen. Manager and Cheryl Frances sales associate. These two "humans" are ridiculous

I am stationed at Robins, AFB in GA. My troop asked me to accompany him on his first car buying experience. He was nervous and felt uncomfortable. The car that Mrs. Cheryl Frances (sales associate) was trying to sell my troop was a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder with 147,000 miles with a 30 day "as is" warranty, with a 20% plus interest rate.

I could not believe this. I told him that it would be in his best interest to go somewhere else. I have bought cars before and this was absolutely unheard of! Who sales vehicles like this and call themselves a decent human being. Cheryl Frances did not care about his concerns; her only concern was making a dollar. That is a prostitute way of thinking if you ask me. She should be somewhere selling something else if that is her mind frame of thinking.

I expressed my concerns to her after her reluctance to provide an accurate car fax. The price my troop was quoted quickly changed once I asked the asking price of the vehicle. On June 23 my troop was told 10,500 and on June 24 when I went up there with him she told me 8,500, which was still ridiculous. After we told her that we would go somewhere else, Cheryl Frances stated " I am not about to let a sale just walk out of the door!"We told her thank you and left.

Once my troop and I got on the road, Cheryl Frances called my troop unaware that we were traveling together and proceeded to provide him with all my personal finances. I purchased a vehicle in April from Darryl Davis and the experience was fine. She ended the conversation with by saying watch who you get your advice from!" I went back up to the dealership after work to talk to the General Manager Kyle Johnston and he was no help at all. I spoke with both Cheryl Frances and Kyle Johnston thinking that it would be a simple apology and I would leave. It was nothing of the sort. With my 2 year old son present she begins cursing and yelling, I asked her to stop several times while present in front of her manager. The conversation was utterly useless. She began to go on and on and at this time the simple conversation that I thought that might have taken turned to a shouting match. After I was totally infuriated I expressed my unpleasant feelings and thought to manager and left.

This place Five Star Nissan is ridiculous. I cannot believe that individuals like this to that extreme character exists. Do not purchase from there! Clearly they do not have the customer's best interest at heart. They are out to make a dollar. On a brighter note, later that day my troop bought a new 2009 vehicle from LOWE Toyota in Warner Robins, GA and the experience was absolutely amazing and he drove the car off the lot completely satisfied and happy!!
