Took my money and did not provide advertised service Washington

This us based company advertise a facility to access marriage, death, birth, and criminal records of millions of people in the us, the uk, and australia. I needed to access the uk section and paid for their service via clickbank. The automated service does not, repeat not, allow any access to uk records. After 7 emails i threatened litigation unless i received either detailed instructions on how to access uk records, or my money back. I then received my money back without any apology or explanation.in my opinion, this action proved that they knew they could not provide the service. They urgently need to rewrite their website.
