Chris Haddock claims to work as an insurance agent for a licensed bail bond agent. He also goes under the name of Chris Haddix. Chris has been instutionalized in the mental facility Windermere in Pinellas County Florida at least 5 times for his outbursts and destruction towards others. He is 35 years old and had a long history in the Pinellas County Court System:

What Mr Haddock does is select people who are in jail for whatever reason and helps them when they first get out with a place to live and provides simple things like food and water. This is a ruse to lure the unsuspecting victim into trusting him. He will do this until he is able to obtain a Power Of Attorney over the person as the accused many times revisit jail for any number of reasons.
Mr. Haddock then violates personal privacy and steals information about the jailed person and uses that to open multiple utility accounts as that person so he can use water, electric, cable/internet all at another persons expense. He then lets the service be shut off and then opens a new account with a different persons name/information.
Mr. Haddocks own mother, Brenda Jackson has said he was raped in jail and is gay. Between the inherint issues of being gay, coupled with Mr Haddock not believing in taking his medications, he will eventually become menacing and life-threatening. He destroyed his last roomates laptop and nearly killed his cat and took a screwdriver to his car simply because the ex-roomate did not hand over his insurance money to Mr Haddock. This resulted in the roomate leaving in fear of his life.
Mr. Haddock had been a witness to a crime against the roomate and Mr Haddock in retaliation changed his story to the State Attorney and that case was wrongfully dropped. All because Mr Haddock did not get his way.
Beware this con artist - he will like so many try and appear as a kind and giving person but when the end comes he will have you behind the proverbial 8-ball. Look at his record for repeat violence injunctions and you will see the pattern this manipulative liar and destructive person takes. He has bragged about living for free and dragging his parents into living situations so they can live cheaper.
Mr Haddock is a dangerous man who will call everyone you have ever known (he will snoop your phone, computer and mail to get the information), and when you do not please him he will turn on you and seek to destroy you at any chance he can.
Mr Haddock has access to track your cell phones GPS location so if you do run into him and get on his bad side change your number immediately. He can check to see any number called to your phone and who you have called.
Mr Haddock also uses the Vonage phone system to enter a real persons live phone number, name and address information for the purpose of making it look like you have called someone else. He did this to his ex-roomate upon his leaving to make it look like the ex-roomate was calling his ex girlfriend which would have made him in violation of her injunction on him. Mr Haddock did this in retaliation for the ex-roomate not handing over over $5,000 as extortion. Mr Haddock then changed his story to the State Attorney to make it look like the ex-roomate forced him to lie to get the perp arrested, and so that case was dropped.
Mr Haddock is NOT to be trusted with ANY personal information. Master manipulators and con artists like him are to be avoided due to their destructive ways when they dont get what they want. He takes full advantage of those in a bad situation and exploits it to his maximum advantage.
