Never ever rent to these people!
Chris Ryan Haddock and his parents Brenda and Bernard Jackson of Largo/Clearwater Florida will pull a classical renters scam on you. They will pay 1 month rent then squat and refuse to pay any further. When you try to evict them they lie to the courts and obtain a 'Emergency stay of writ of posession' which allow them to stay up to a year RENT FREE. They did this and lived rent-free for 30 months, or 2 1/2 years until final eviction on 7/22! Why they do not apply for Section 8 is not known.
