Below is a copy of my complaint to States Attorney in IL.
We contracted Xtreme Traffic Builders to do two mailing campaigns for us. 02/22/06 we paid $7500 in advance for their services. Each campaign was to be 5,000 mail pieces totaling 10,000 pieces. The rep stated that these campaigns would yield between 1% and 2% calls that we should receive. The rep for Xtreme is Andrew Jones. The mailings were to go out 02/24/06. On 03/03/06 we received our first call. We ended up with 10 calls total to this date 04/05/06. I called Andrew Jones and told him not to do the 2nd part of the mailing campaign until we came to a satisfactory agreement about the failure of the 1st half.in an email I offered that Xtreme do how ever many mailings it takes to get our 100 calls total for both campaigns or that we should talk about a refund. That was on 03/24/06 and I have not heard from them since despite sending more emails and leaving messages. Let me also point out that we only received two pieces of undeliverable mail back. That coupled with the fact that we received only 10 calls leads me to believe that Xtreme never mailed to 5000 people as they were contracted to do for the 1st half of this campaign. This company is in Chicago, IL but I writing you because these people are setting up a new shop in Scottsdale, AZ
I spoke with the owner of this company after I found them in AZ. He said they owe my company nothing and hung up on me.
