Teresa Jankowski and Sarah Linville rented my house from me. Did not pay any rent over a month's time and my mother failed to get a security deposit from them. They were evicted at the end of the month. Some belated research indicates that Teresa has a history of several past evictions within a year's time. She says that she is unable to pay due to medical problems which may very well be true.in any case both these women seem likely to rent an apartment and be unable to pay for it. I'm happy to remove this notice when payment is received in full.
