Teresa Rispoli and John Rispoli (aka Joseph John Conlin III) own several properties in the area. Two of these properties are set to go to trustees sale within the next 2 weeks (foreclosure) and today there is an advertisement to RENT both of these properties. Meaning they are trying to rent houses that they will soon NOT OWN any longer so the tenant will have to move AGAIN after the bank takes the house. This is ONLY A WARNING to potential tenants of these two scam artists. They MAY or MAY NOT ask for a huge deposit which may or may not be refunded after the foreclosure. Tenants beware.
