Dfgames claims to offer 24 hour support and instant delivery on their website. Essentially a person pays with a credit card and is suppose to receive virtual goods (money in online games etc).
What this company does not tell you is that "first time buyers" must wait for a phone call to confirm something or other (the policy does not make sense) which never comes. You are not told this until after the money has been billed!
The 24 hour service does not exist, they are impossible to reach outside of business hours. I had to wait until the next day to contact these "businessmen" via a chat portal and demand some form of service or refund.
When challenged he still could not deliver on the promised service and frankly in my opinion I seriously doubt his ability to provide the services he advertises on his website. He simply gave me a refund when presented with a "stand and deliver" challenge.
I am very wary of this company.
