This site is used for online gaming and electronic goods. I placed an order with them approx June 9th. The company failed to deliver the electronic goods, and does not offer a refund to me.
Delivery of goods is to take place between 5-30 minutes, according to their service. From the service guarantee, if there is no stock then they guarantee delivery in the next 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks to the date I am writing this report, and I have had no luck.
When contacting customer service, you are told by a suspicious response that states "so sorry friend, we have no stock, come back later". If you mention manager in the chat you will get a response "the manager is not here right now".
It may be wise to stay away from this company.
