Eswin Berrios will do anything it takes NOT to return your sec/damage deposit

I lived there over 2 years. Never re-newed a lease. Asked for a new lease by phone and by certified letter. He ignored both requests and would not return my deposit after I gave him one months' notice. (old lease requires 2 months) also, charging me to replace carpet in one room. I paid 70.00 a month "pet rent" (totalling $1,600.00). Horrible manager, never takes care of repairs in a timely way. Takes advantage of Section 8 and people who are not aware of the their rights. These are just SOME of the things he does. He is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with. VERY unprofessional.
