I see that I am not the only one having problems, here is my story.
I purchased an AT&T phone from Letstalk.com.in their website, the original offer was an initial payment of $200.00 and a mail-in-rebate for $100.00.
The first shipment they sent me was misplaced by FedEx and I urged letstalk.com to resolve the issue as soon as possible because I was porting my number from another service provider and my phone had already been transfered to AT&T and I just needed my phone as soon as possible.
It took 2 days for Fedex to locate the package, but in the meantime, I had convinced letstalk.com to ship out a replacement and they did so. It happens that Fedex finally located the missing package with the first phone and Letstalk.com had already shipped out a second one, but I received the missing one first (That took 5 days). I started using my phone immediatelly and it worked only for two hours because Letstalk.com had already cancelled the service on the missing phone and transferred it to the new one. I had to return that phone and wait another 4 days before I received the new phone.
I submitted my paper work for the rebate and everytime I call it seems that instead of talking to a person, I am talking to a computer. They keep telling me that my order number cannot be found and always ask me to resubmit my information for processing. I keep telling them that my first order was cancelled because the package was misplaced, but that there is a second order number which whenever I give it to them no one seems to be able to find it.
Their customer service is terrible. No one seems to be willing to get their twins off their desk to help a customer resolve an issue that really just needs to be looked at by someone else other than their computer for just one minute.
