I hired this company in 1991 and they guaranteed to advertise my timeshare until it was sold. I paid them upfront, had a few conversations, but no results, only excuses.
I had filed the paperwork and found it the other day and decided to look them up since they guarantee to advertise the unit until it is sold. I sent them a letter, it was returned as I had their old address. We had moved so I wanted them to update their info and provide some advertising proof.
I emailed them and they did not respond. I ask for advertisments and proof that they were doing what they said they would do. I have not heard from them.
I believe, they are a total "Rip-off" and they do not do what they say and their guarantee is no good. I believe they have been ripping people off for many years and continue to scam and rip-off, and they are getting away with it.
