Blue Mountain is a great website for delivering e cards, however it is difficult to obtain in touch with customer support if you find an issue. Is not that illegitimate?
I changed my email address on the website from might work email to my house email address. Nevertheless, I am still getting "reminders" from their store on might work email address. How I really like being advised of Dads' Day! Not! My dad died a long time ago.
In April before my annual account ended they started pestering me with emails stating that my account was closing and showing there was some issue with restoration (which there isnot), after which restored it anyway. Again, there is no method to contact them to correct it out.
Just how can a business remain in company when there is no method to solve issues with clients? There is not really an address to deliver snail-mail to!
