I was extremely annoyed to find that money was taken from my account by blue mountain without my authorisation. I was not aware of any renewal arrangement and promptly asked for my account to be closed immediately which was done but they had already taken the money. This was not refunded. This is completely unacceptable behavior. I have been unable to make contact with them and they do not reply to email. Based on this experience I would definately not recommend an account with blue mountain.
