I was very dissatisfied with the "customer service" that I received recently from Blue Mountain. First, the e-card that I attempted to send to my sister for her birthday never reached her. Consequently, I expected to be refunded for a service that I was charged for but was never performed. I was told by a supervisor # 60170 named Graylan that he was unable to give me a refund because my "trial period" had expired, and my only option was to contact American Greetings Corp in Cleveland OH with my complaint.
This seems patently unfair to expect a customer to pay for a service and then not provide such service. It also seems very short-sighted to dispute the issue with me since it does nothing to ingratiate me to Blue Mountain or, for that matter, now American Greetings Corp. All this, for the princely sum of $15.99.
