Realtime Results promotes illegal practices in the workplace. Discrimination, based on race, gender, disability and age are all common practices in this company. Among other activities within this company that include but is not limited to are job openings which are NOT documented which in turn lead to unfair promotions and hiring. Employer retaliation against individuals who stand up to these unfair practices is also commonplace. Paychecks are not accurate as they are often handed out with less money than the employee actually earned.in many cases this goes unresolved and the employee is not compensated for the loss. Credit Cards are being stolen from customers by criminals that have been hired by the company. EOE dose not exist in the work environment of this company. Unfair or unlawful termination is often displayed and practiced within the upper management. More than 75% of the entry-level positions are held by minorities but yet Management positions are 90% Caucasian. The company constantly goes against it's own employee handbook.
