I have spent nearly two and half hours in the past two weeks trying to get a problem resolved that left me without internet service for over a week. I continually was given terrible customer service and have yet to receive any sort of credit for my time and the inconvenience.
I am currently on hold as I right this (22 minutes and counting) to attempt to get some sort of refund or else I will immediately cancel the service.
Please think twice about signing up for their service.
