Over $1000 Teak Patio Set Splintered and Warped

I paid over 1000 dollars for a teak outdoor table and chairs, all weather proof, and sat on it maybe twice because of the splinters and warping of the pieces, with no resolution. I lost money and time. If I could get this replaced, or if the company would offer something, it would be great.
