WE are not sure how they got our bank card information? But we think they may have gotten it from the internet. One day we were searching for a lost friend and it was suppose to be free, so were not sure if this is what this issue could be or not? But we have been charged every month for the last two months $19.95 on our bank statement. We did not sign up for anyone to charge us for ID protection??? This is what we are being charged for. We have cancelled that particular card and contacted our bank. We called intelius and didnt get much help from them. They said they could not find us in their system? But yet we are being charged monthly on our bank statement. Thanks
