They have a 'free' trial offer, BUT when i called to cancel this order as I am allergic to it, they claim I CAN'T cancel & will be charged for the order

I ordered their 'free' trial of acia berry pills. When I became allergic to these pills, I called to cancel the order. But they informed me that I could not cancel & I would be charged the $74.94 for the pills. I am reporting this as it is a severe ripoff!
