They state in big letters RISK FREE, simply call customer service and request an Return Merchandise Authorization if you are not satisfied AFTER your 15 day trial. I did not receive my the pills till 13 days after I ordered it on line. I used it for 10 days and saw no results so I called to cancel figuring I still had 5 days left on the trial. Customer Service told me she had already put 24.95 on my card for The supposedly Free Live Lean membership and 64.95 for the pills stating it was past the 15 day trial period. I stated I did not receive the pills till 13 days after placing the order so I did not start the trial till the 13th day. She refused to credit my card. This is not RISK FREE it is a Scam.
