The Denver Colorado County Child Support Enforcement Bureau failed to act on a court order and collect child support and failed to bring my ex-husband to justice for owing arrears in excess of over $50,000.00 in child support plus current child support.
I feel that this county does not use all the means necessary to "enforce" child support cases.
Most of the time they claim the workers claim they are understaffed, however, I would do the foot work for them, contacting them several times after locating my ex-husband, Cecil Calloway's, addresses and employers and still they failed to follow through on the leads until it was too late and allowed him time to move on to a new job and/or location.
