Tap Oil and Gas admits that cecil Calloway has received money from their company but continually ignores the wage garnishment served on the by Denver County Child Support Inforcement. Cecil Calloway is currently in arrears to his children in the amount of $11,450.00. He has not paid his child support payments since January. Colorado Child Support enforcement was able to get 2 payment by way of garnishment on his bank account. One payment for $194.95 and one payment for $1400.00 in September. Cecil Calloway owes $550.00 per month and has continually fallen behind on his child support. Tap Oil and Gas should be ashamed of themselves for not only dealing with such a man as this, but also for allowing him to shirk his family responsibility to his children.
