I ordered a FREE trial offer of acaiberry detox 5/22/09. I received a early morning phone call on 5/28/09 stating the company was ALSO sending me an additional product along with my order for $39.95, thankfully I said NO. Finally on 6/3/09 I recieved my product and on 6/5/09 my debit card was charged $87.13 for the FREE bottle because I had not cancelled during the 14 day trial period... Apparantly they start counting the day you order! When I called and spoke to a rep, after waiting 15 minutes on the phone I got a hard to understand man in another country who said I had agreed to the terms and conditions and there was NOTHING he could do. I DO admit to being irrate about the handling of the situation and that I resented having to deal with someone from another country for an american product. I then called back to speak to billing and get a return product # and was told by the rep that he WOULD NOT help me and he hung up. I DO NOT intend to be billed for any further product and want to return the unused portion for a FULL refund AS STATED IN THE RETURN POLICY / TERMS AND CONDITIONS! I should have checked out this company before ordering ANYTHING! The complaints are endless. This kind of company is what is WRONG with America... I expect something done about it.
